April 4th, 2008 Rain Postpones Riggs Racing's Return To Greenville-Pickens Speedway.
Greenville, SC – The
NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour race slated for Saturday night at
Greenville-Pickens Speedway in Greenville, SC has been postponed due to
inclement weather. The new date for the Whelen Southern Modified Tour
150 presented by Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet will be announced at a
later date. Riggs Racing and their new driver Andy Seuss
were excited to return to Greenville-Pickens since both had strong runs
when the tour last visited the track in April of 2007. The South
Carolina track was the site of the team's most recent victory while
Andy Seuss made a strong run from 16th to a 4th place finish in his
family owned car. Andy Seuss and the Riggs Racing team will return to action next weekend in a Whelen Southern Modified Tour double-header.
