New driver, new sponsors bring a fresh new look to RiggsRacing.com!

Martinsville, VA – Usually, the off season brings a time where race teams can unwind, relax and think about the year's high and low points and enjoy it's success while also preparing cars for the next season's events with fresh paint, decals and body panels.

For the Riggs Racing team, 2007 was the final season for the most successful combination in the history of southern modified racing.

Junior Miller finished his final season aboard the Riggs Racing Dodge with a fourth place finish in the final 2008 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour point standings, after winning back to back championships in 2005 and 2006.

While Junior will be remembered for his popularity with the fans and his endless number of race wins and championships, new driver Andy Seuss brings a fresh look to the Riggs Racing team, along with a new look and car number for 2008.

With that new look, the brand new RiggsRacing.com follows Andy and the team to bring you the fans the latest news, updates and information about Andy, the Riggs Racing team and the 2008 season's highs and lows as Andy chases the 2008 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour championship title.

Seuss is no stranger to victory lane. Having battled NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour drivers such as Ted Christopher and Eric Beers in New Smyrna, Andy won the 2006 Florida Speedweeks championship. In 2007, Andy wrestled the lead away from race leader Tim Brown to win the Whelen 150 at the Music City Motorplex in Nashville, Tennessee holding off eventual 2007 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour Champion, L.W. Miller.

It's an exciting time around the race shop. The team is preparing both cars with new equipment and the new paint scheme to prepare for the season opening event at Caraway Speedway in Asheboro, North Carolina on March 22nd.

Stay Tuned to the new RiggsRacing.com for all the news from Caraway Speedway and keep checking back for all the cool new features the site will offer during the 2008 racing season!
